Having been self-employed for most of my adult life (because I’m a terrible employee!), I one day realized that I hadn’t planned well for retirement. I kept hearing people jokingly say things like “My retirement plan is to work until I d.i.e.” For me, it was no joke! I knew I had to do something about my retirement years, which were coming up quickly.
Not new to attempting money making opportunities, I tried being a Virtual Assistant (someone else’s schedule). MLM for a miracle juice (zero success-I’m an introvert). I tried affiliate marketing (miniscule earnings). I paid for weekend-long marketing palooza events (ug). I did the $7 course (you get what you pay for). I tried a couple other courses, too, and everything left me feeling confused and on my own. There is so much junk out there!
Passive Income is The Way
Finally! I landed on the Legacy Builders Program. This is NOT a bunch of pre-recorded hypey webinars! There are real people behind it, live zoom calls and mentoring sessions, an active and supportive community of like-minded people who want to see everybody win. It is structured so that all you really have to do is follow along and copy the steps.
When you reach a certain age, you know that time goes by in a flash. Even so, I spent over 6 months waffling before I finally decided to jump in. I could’ve been building passive income for those six months; instead, I was still kicking tires.
